STORE WINDOW ANALYTICS

Combines eye-catching, dynamic digital signage displays and content performance measurement. The solution can be applied to any window display, for example mannequins, product exposition and digital signage displays.
Identify whether the window’s design attracts customers’ attention by measuring how many people pass in front of it, how many looked at it and the demographics of the viewers (gender and age range).
Store Window Analytics is based on video analytics or/and Wi-Fi analytics technologies.

FOOTFALL, PASS AND COUNTING

Measuring footfall and passersby is crucial in determining the potential of a store and understanding its acquisition capabilities.
The most relevant metrics obtained in footfall and pass analytics are number of visits, number of passes, number of visitors, number of passersby, conversion rate, total visit time, average visit time.

TRAFIC ANALYTICS

Recurrence Analytics looks at the distribution between new and recurrent customers who visit a given location for a selected period. Here, data is obtained via Wi-Fi analytics, by detecting mobile devices. Recurrence Analytics can be applied to both types of footfall traffic: traffic outside and inside the store.

FLOW ANALYTICS

Focuses on how footfall traffic is spread from around a selected zone inside the store. A ceiling-mounted video sensor (IP wide angle camera) is used to identify customer flow and clearly see where customers stop and how long they spend there. Flow Analytics are presented intuitively as heat maps of the store layout. Flow Analytics illustrates path dynamics, visualizing the directions customers take from a selected point. Insights for Flow analytics are valuable to optimize floor plan, product location and queue management.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE CAMPAIGN ANALYTICS

Gives an overview of playback content within the selected digital signage network in a cloud-based dashboard. It provides key data enabling you to monitor impressions, identify top content and views, determine broadcasting times and the most frequently displayed messages on any type of advertising network, from DOOH to in-store.

PROXIMITY ANALYTICS

Gives an insight into micro-location marketing strategies that enable you to communicate directly with customers through an app installed in their smartphones or a nearby digital signage screen. All measurements are based on beacon technology and gives key proximity marketing metrics, such as how many devices have passed a given location or how many notifications have been sent.

INTERACTION ANALYTICS

detects all moments when customers come into physical contact with product or object by scanning or touching it. Currently supported technologies that provide interaction analytics include barcodes, RFID tags, QR codes and interactive kiosks based on touchscreens. Information is collected each time an item is scanned to identify, for instance, the most sought-after tagged product.

ENGAGEMENT ANALYTICS

Measure the time that customers spend inside the store, within the selected zone or in front of a product display.
Measuring the engagement of a given product wall or product category can be used to improve product engagement and conversion rate, maximizing margins.
